OFFICE HOURS
PHONE SERVICE: For convenience, our team of office staff arrives to the clinic at 7:30 a.m. to begin taking your phone calls. We take phone calls for both the farm animals and the household pets from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. In order to serve you more efficiently, for household pets please call 517-547-3096 and for farm animals please call 517-547-6701.
DROP OFF SERVICE: We offer a "day admit" service for those busy people who cannot personally bring their pet in during regular appointment hours. You may leave your pet with us and head on to work and pick up your pet on your way home that afternoon! This drop off service is available beginning at 7:30 a.m. Patients scheduled for surgery should also be admitted between 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
APPOINTMENT HOURS FOR SMALL ANIMALS:
Monday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 12:00-8:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 12:00-5:00 p.m
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - noon. (Open every-other Saturday)
AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES: For our established clients we offer emergency coverage. Just call our hospital and leave your message on our voicemail system. After leaving a message, the doctor is automatically paged and will return your call. If we have a relief veterinarian covering our emergencies our phone system will direct you to the proper number to call.
