Phyllis is the type of person every veterinary hospital needs. While our doctors and support staff are caring for the needs of our clients and patients, Phyllis will be cleaning up behind them. Phyllis keeps the trash cans empty, the carpets swept, floors mopped and the laundry washed.

Across the road is Ferris Dairy Farm. Phyllis is married to Jerry who has been a long time employee at the Ferris Farm. Phyllis makes the best chocolate chips cookies in Hillsdale County and it makes a good day even better when we see Phyllis arrive for work carrying a container of cookies to share with us!

Without Phyllis and the work she does at Countryside we could not be our best.
