Janet Rodocker

Janet came to Countryside Veterinary Service in 2000. Janet is the person who will greet you with a friendly “hello” and a smile when you come in our front doors. Janet has a lot of knowledge about the different areas of our hospital, including working in the back as a veterinary assistant. However, she has found that she most enjoys working at the front desk and taking care of the needs of our clients. Janet is our head receptionist for our small animal doctors and it is her job to oversee the scheduling of appointments for all the household pets, keeping the medical records in an orderly fashion and preparing charts for those pets coming in to see the doctor. Janet also makes sure that the client’s needs are being met while they are at our hospital and she also oversees our client correspondence.
This is not the first time that Janet has worked in a medical field. Prior to coming to Countryside Janet worked as a licensed EMT for the Addison fire department. In addition to her husband, Janet’s pride and joy is her new grandson, Walker, and her own doberman named “Wrecks”.
Janet places high value on each client who visits our hospital and she does everything within her power to make sure their visit goes smoothly.
